We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall maintenance and operational activities of the property, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural elements.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to track work orders and asset histories.
- Coordinate repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, high voltage, low voltage systems, and industrial equipment.
- Monitor building systems such as HVAC units, electrical panels, and mechanical components to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Develop project plans for renovations or upgrades, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety checks, and asset management documentation.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics interpretation and troubleshooting electrical or HVAC systems.
- Experience supervising maintenance teams or contractors in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities and asset management.
- Technical expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage—and schematics reading.
- Ability to operate testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills for coordinating teams and reporting progress effectively. Pay: $51,023.09 - $61,447.16 per year
