Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the agency and achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and the local community
- Promote Farmers Insurance products and services through various marketing efforts
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff to support agency growth
- Oversee agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and drive overall success
Requirements:
This opportunity is specifically designed for experienced professionals including business owners, executives, and senior-level sales or operations leaders. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, leadership, or business development are highly encouraged to apply.
Must reside in Georgia and possess a Georgia Property and Casualty license along with a Georgia Life and Health License.
