Position Overview
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, leading service personnel, driving departmental performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, dealership service experience, and a proven track record of improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Lead and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order distribution
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor department performance metrics including labor sales, productivity, efficiency, and CSI
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and customer service focus
- Experience with dealership management systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
