We are seeking a Sales Associate who has a background in customer service, is comfortable working with the public, and possesses strong communication skills. This position will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting customers with any product questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening skills, respond well to pressure, and represent our company with integrity. An agricultural background is preferred but not required. The position is full-time with benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Operating cash registers, phones, and computers
- Increasing store sales.
- Maintaining sales floor appearance.
- Cross-selling products.
- Directing customers to merchandise.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Saturdays (rotating) 8 am - 12 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
