About the Role
We are a well-established outpatient mental health practice seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. Washington & Oregon dual licensed preferred but not necesssary.
We are particularly drawn to providers who value relational, thoughtful prescribing and collaboration with therapists, and who enjoy working as part of a connected, hands-on clinical team.
This role offers flexibility in structure 1099 and schedule, along with a steady referral base and strong administrative infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
- Collaborate closely with therapists to support integrated, whole-person care
- Work with clients ages 13+
- Treat a range of presentations, including (experience in any is a plus):
- ADHD
- OCD
- Autism spectrum
- Substance use
- Bipolar
Qualifications
- Licensed PMHNP in Washington or Oregon (dual licensure preferred)
- Comfortable working with adolescents and adults (13+)
- Strong clinical judgment and interest in collaborative care
Position Details

- Setting: Outpatient (telehealth and/or in-person depending on your preference)
