In a Leasing Consultants role, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents and should be professional, energetic and have strong marketing skills to help make our community successful. You will also support the Property Manager with daily operations of the property and must be able to work an occasional weekend hours.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant:
- Answer phones and Greet prospective residents and provide tours of property
- Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and assist in lease renewals
- Maintain guest cards and complete follow-ups
- Participate and stay current on resident retention programs and promotions marketing the community (market local businesses, outreach programs, corporate programs)
- Assist with Move-ins and Move-outs
- Assist in collecting rent and handling delinquent accounts
- Prepare and maintain complete resident files
- Take maintenance service requests
- Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries creating and following up with maintenance requests
- Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Manager
- Assist with resident relations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and manner
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
- Prior sales experience helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Socia Media savvy

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
