Phone Doc ATL is a Cell phone and Tablet repair store repairing all types of phones, specializing in Apple repairs, Back glass, screens, batteries, and more.
Also a retailer of phones, and accessories for phones such as; Screen and Lens Protectors, Chargers, Fast Chargers, Mounts, Earbuds, Speakers, Name brands, and specialized phone cases.

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team or someone who would like to be trained! The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience is not a requirement.
Here is a list of what you will be expected to do on our team:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models, tablets, computers, and watches.
- Repair / Replace all modular iPhone parts, including Back Glass and standard replacements like screens, batteries, and charging ports.
-Repair / Replace all Other modular parts on Apple devices such as iPads, and watches.
-Repair / Replace all modular parts on Samsung and Android devices
- Provide technical support to customers on mobile phone usage and issues
- Handle retail sales transactions related to mobile phone accessories, repairs, or services.
- Having a positive attitude and being friendly to customers.
Experience: Not required, but preferred. We will provide training on repairing devices and handling the storefront.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing Mobile Phone issues and determining appropriate solutions, along with Tablets and Watches.
- Ability to use hand tools for disassembling and assembling mobile phones
- Basic understanding of electronic devices and how they operate.
- Previous experience in retail sales related to mobile phones is a plus
- Soldering skills for hardware repairs is advantageous, although we currently do not offer solder repairs.
- Background in providing technical support for mobile devices
