Job Summary
Ajin Georgia is seeking a motivated Production Assistant Manager to support daily production operations within our automotive manufacturing facility. This position assists with production scheduling, workforce coordination, quality compliance, and continuous process improvement while working closely with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate operator assignments and monitor production performance.
- Identify, report, and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production procedures.
- Support training and onboarding of new production employees.
- Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to achieve production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of production management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering background.
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
