Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Installer to lead installations, support field teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and problem-solving. You'll play a key role in mentoring apprentices, coordinating with field leadership, and helping projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects
- Install and oversee heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings
- Ensure all systems are installed for maximum efficiency and performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layouts
- Mentor and train apprentices and junior installers
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and other trades
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials and work completed
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve field issues
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum age of 18 required
