We are seeking an experienced, excellence minded, dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate/Stylist to join our growing team.
Job Focus:
Assisting brides in finding the perfect little white dress for their bridal showers, engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and reception. Executing dress appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting brides in selecting the perfect little white dress & accessories
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
- Assist customers in placing special orders
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Comply with our SOPs
- Participate in ongoing sales training & “game day” reviews with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Bridal, fashion, and/or women’s retail sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Square point-of-sale system is preferred, but not necessary

Role:
- Starting pay $15/hr with quarterly reviews/skills assessments providing the opportunity for a raise
- Pay range $15-20 per hour, direct deposit every other week via Square Payroll

Scheduled Days Options:
- Fri/Sat/Sun
- Sat/Sun
- If you attend religious services on Sundays, we can adjust work hours to accomodate
- An every other weekend option is also available
Boutique Hours:
- Fri: 12:00 - 5:00PM
- Sat: 10:00AM- 5:00PM
- Sun: 12:00 - 5:00PM
- Note: store & scheduled hours may vary
