- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate resources and track progress effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of construction management, including site supervision, safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients through clear communication, delegation of tasks, and proactive problem-solving.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site. Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.
- Utilize construction estimating tools and SAGE to prepare accurate cost estimates and control project expenses.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and updates using Civil 3D for civil engineering components; ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Administer contracts by reviewing terms, managing change orders, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Implement construction site safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety audits.
- Use construction management software such as ProCore for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes.
- Ensure proper reading of blueprints and schematics for accurate execution of design intent on-site.
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects by prioritizing tasks and leveraging strong time management skills. Experience

- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and cost control techniques to maintain project profitability.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings with precision.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams on complex projects while maintaining high morale.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling principles combined with practical site experience in heavy civil or commercial environments.
- Effective communicator capable of liaising confidently with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
