TECHNICIAN II – POWER WASHING FIELD TECHNICIAN
Must have prior power washing experience
Status: 30+ hours/week- Nights
Temporary/Seasonal work through November with the possibility of extending to regular Part-Time or Full-Time.

Location: Field-based (varies by job site)
Role Summary
As an Experience Power Washing Field Technician II, you will support pressure-washing operations, learn core systems and safety protocols, and help deliver high-quality service to our customers. This role is designed for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and motivated to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate pressure washing equipment on exterior surfaces
- Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
- Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures
- Support job site setup, execution, and cleanup
- Enter job data accurately (photos, time logs, materials) using company systems
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including proper wastewater management (no storm drain discharge)
- Safely operate company vehicles when required

- Accurately logs all required job data
- Demonstrates willingness to learn and improve daily
Requirements
- Must have prior power washing experience
- Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (subject to MVR checks)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor (standing, bending, kneeling)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic smartphone or tablet proficiency
Schedule Expectations
- Available to work nights required
- May require some day availability, if necessary
- Occasional weekend work
- Schedule may vary based on weather and job demand

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
