Our Front End Team sets the tone for the entire guest experience. As a Cashier at Corkdorks, you’ll provide fast, friendly checkout, share current promos and loyalty pricing, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
What you’ll do
- Run an efficient register: Accurately process sales, verify IDs, handle cash/cards, and bag purchases with care.
- Create a great guest experience: Greet proactively, answer questions, and promote current deals and loyalty pricing.
- Know our products: Participate in ongoing training to build knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and new arrivals.
- Stay current on promos: Understand weekly ads, features, and loyalty offers to guide recommendations.
- Keep it spotless & safe: Maintain front-end cleanliness and follow all safety and alcohol-sale compliance rules.
- Pitch in across the floor: Assist with light merchandising, stocking, and other duties as needed.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Friendly, team-first attitude with excellent communication
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory lookups
- Reliable, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Must-haves & physical requirements
- 21+ years of age (alcohol sales compliance)
- Able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours, bend, and climb ladders
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including overhead
- Ability to work in varying temperatures during loading/unloading

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience, skills, and market. The rate will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage.
