The Role
This is one of the most critical positions in our company. We are looking for a Sales & Recruitment Manager who can bridge the gap between the office and the field. You won’t just be managing; you will be building a legacy.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Scouting, interviewing, and hiring the next generation of Icon sales talent.
- Training & Development: Leading comprehensive in-office and field training to get new recruits up to speed quickly and effectively.
- Accountability & Performance: Following up with salespeople daily, analyzing sales metrics, and holding the team accountable to high-performance standards.
- Mentorship: Being the go-to resource for the sales team to help them close deals and overcome objections.
