Full-Time | Day Shift
Go Play Golf is looking for an experienced, personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Our Customer Service team helps customers make the most of their Go Play Golf gift cards while also working directly with golf courses and business partners throughout the country. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and confidently handling situations that may require patience, research and strong follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by phone, email and online chat with gift card balances, redemption options and general questions.
- Help customers navigate the redemption process and troubleshoot non-technical issues.
- Work directly with golf courses and business partners to facilitate gift card redemptions.
- Research customer transactions to resolve discrepancies or concerns.
- Handle frustrated or demanding customers calmly, professionally and confidently.
- Recognize unusual activity or situations that may require additional review.
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation on customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers and vendors and take ownership of open issues through resolution.

Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous professional customer service experience.
- Experience handling customer complaints or challenging situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and upbeat telephone presence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence working with email, online chat, web-based applications and multiple computer systems.
- The ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
- A dependable, self-motivated and team-oriented work style.
Experience in gift cards, payments, financial transactions, hospitality, travel, call centers, dispute resolution or fraud prevention is a plus.
Work Arrangement
Go Play Golf is headquartered in Flagler Beach, Florida, and we are specifically seeking candidates who live in Flagler Beach, Palm Coast or the surrounding area.
This position offers significant remote-work flexibility, and much of the day-to-day role may be performed from home. Candidates must nevertheless live within reasonable commuting distance of our Flagler Beach office and be available to work in-office when needed for training, meetings or other business needs.
