Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and professionally
- Haul materials including dirt, rock, sand, clay, asphalt millings, debris, and demolition material
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Identify and report mechanical issues before they become problems
- Maintain accurate logs, load tickets, and required DOT documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
- Assist with basic equipment upkeep and cleanliness
- Represent Warner-Bridges Transport professionally on job sites and roadways
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Clean or manageable driving record
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to get hands dirty when needed — this is a working role
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Must pass drug & alcohol screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dump trucks, end dumps, or hauling operations
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge
- Construction, demo, or material hauling background
- Team-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
