Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, along with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Operate Silverware POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Stay informed about current trends in cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or Hotel setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
- Experience in retail math is a plus, as well as knowledge of brewing techniques for craft beverages.

Pay: $14.00 - $40.00 per hour
