Location: Wanaque, New Jersey
Shift: All Shifts
Lakeland Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated care team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional resident care while growing as a leader, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and conduct vital signs as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement educational programs for residents and families
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure high-quality care
Foster a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative work culture
Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, budget planning, and internal committees
Ensure accurate MDS documentation and coordinate discharge planning with families
Provide individualized, compassionate care to residents and their loved ones
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 1 - 2 years of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience
Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
