Skills
- Strong sales acumen paired with excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills to engage effectively with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Outbound calling experience with a focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in cash handling, if applicable, along with strong attention to detail
