The Superintendent- Construction- Manhattan will be responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the building, including:

Managing daily building operations and preventative maintenance programs

Supervising building staff, contractors, and vendors

Performing routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Responding to maintenance requests and emergency situations in a timely manner

Coordinating repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects

Monitoring building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety equipment

Maintaining records, logs, and service documentation

Ensuring exceptional resident service and building presentation at all times

Supporting budget management and controlling maintenance-related expenses
