Mill Street Tire is actively seeking an experienced Mechanic to add to our team. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately diagnosing customer concerns. Experience with Autel or other diagnostic software a MUST.
- ASE Certification a plus.
- Performing oil changes, replacing brakes, COMPLETING COMPUTERIZED ALIGNMENTS, repairing suspension components, and installing leveling and lift kits.
- Experience with specialty alignments, including lifted trucks, classic cars and using customer spec alignments needed.
- Responsibilities also include providing parts and labor estimates.
- We service ALL makes and models including EVs. Experience with European, Asian & Domestic vehicles a MUST.
- We offer monthly continuing education classes.

- Our hourly rate is commensurate with experience and includes guaranteed weekly overtime, typically 7.5 hours per week.
- In addition, we provide a lucrative commission structure on parts, labor and individual jobs.
- Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:30. CLOSED weekends
- We also provide 2.5 hours of paid lunch per week.
- PTO is offered after 90 days employment and grows with tenure

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong automotive diagnostics and repair skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and alignment
- Experience with customer service and communication
- Preferred experience with dealership environments and ADAS technology
- MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS - Snap-On comes every Friday.
- Position subject to drug testing.
- Reliable transportation mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
