Full-Time | Orthopedic & Regenerative Medicine Practice
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy orthopedic and regenerative medicine practice. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice
- Supervise and mentor front office and clinical staff
- Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll, and employee performance
- Ensure outstanding patient satisfaction and customer service
- Monitor practice productivity and workflow efficiency
- Oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and billing processes
- Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
- Work closely with physicians to improve office operations and practice growth
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and office budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of medical office management experience
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and coding processes
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong computer and organizational skills
