Downtown San Jose, North San Jose, West San Jose, Santana Row, Willow Glen
Santa Clara & Silicon Valley:
Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Milpitas
Peninsula & Surrounding Areas:
Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Gatos, Campbell
Assignments include hotels, corporate dining facilities, universities, private clubs, caterers, convention events, stadiums, weddings, and upscale private events.

We are currently hiring experienced Servers to join our growing San Jose team.

Pay Rate
$23.00 per hour base (some events will pay up to $28.00 per hour)
Responsibilities
- Provide professional food and beverage service at events and hospitality venues
- Set up and break down banquet and buffet stations
- Carry trays, pass appetizers, clear tables, and assist guests
- Perform plated meal service, buffet service, and beverage service
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
- Follow client instructions and event timelines
- Work efficiently as part of a hospitality team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of serving, banquet, or catering experience required
- Experience in banquet service, tray pass, plated service, or fine dining is a plus
- Professional communication and guest service skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment as needed
- Weekend availability strongly preferred
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Attire Requirements
Most front-of-house assignments require professional “Black Bistro” attire, including:
- Black long sleeve dress shirt
- Long black tie
- Black slacks
- Black belt
- Black polishable non-slip shoes
- Black socks
Some events may require a white bistro uniform depending on the client.
Scheduling & Availability
Shifts are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays depending on client demand.
Candidates with open and flexible availability will have access to the greatest number of assignments.
