Job Description: We are looking for a bilingual Architect to join our Los Angeles team on a full-time basis, responsible for architectural design and permit coordination for residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Valid California Architect License (AIA or equivalent) required
- Experience with California building permit application and approval process
- Experience in residential and commercial architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software
- Familiar with Los Angeles and California building codes and regulations
- Mandarin and English proficiency preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90036
