Role Overview:
As the Manager of Data and Analytics at Scaled Health, you will support the organization’s data initiatives, manage a team of data professionals, and drive data-driven decision-making across departments. While this role involves both hands-on work and leadership responsibilities, it also serves as an ideal growth opportunity for those looking to transition into management. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver analytics solutions that enhance healthcare operations, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a small team of data professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Act as a team lead, balancing individual contributions with supporting the growth of team members in their roles.
- Help foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the adoption of new tools and techniques.
Project Management:
- Manage analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure analytics solutions address organizational goals.
- Provide regular project updates to the Chief Operations Officer and key stakeholders, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
Data Governance and Quality Control:
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analytics Solutions Delivery:
- Assist in the design and delivery of analytics solutions, utilizing tools such as business intelligence platforms and statistical methods.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with departments such as IT, clinical teams, and operations to provide insights and recommend analytics solutions.
- Ensure effective communication between the Data and Analytics team and other departments, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure team performance and project success.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize performance metrics, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
- 3+ years of experience in EPIC Cogito tools – Caboodle and Clarity; along with Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench and Self Reporting Tools
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work hands-on with data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective team building and management of multiple resources and allocation of their time to deliver tasks/projects on time and budget.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience presenting data and deliverables to leadership, boards, and executives.

Work Schedule:
Standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional after hours as required by client

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
