We are looking for a Ring Polisher/Jewelry Production Specialist to join our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, appreciates precision, and takes pride in producing beautiful finished products, as well as to receive hands-on training in jewelry manufacturing, including the opportunity to learn how to cast our products in a variety of precious metals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, repetitive work. Much of the polishing process follows consistent procedures, and many people find this type of work satisfying because it allows them to develop speed, precision, and mastery through repetition.
Because we are a manufacturing facility, productivity is important. We are looking for someone who can consistently produce high-quality work while maintaining efficient output and meeting production goals.
You will be responsible for polishing and finishing rings, ensuring that they meet our high-quality standards. This includes resizing rings while maintaining the integrity and esthetics of each piece. You will collaborate with our extremely experienced team to ensure timely completion of projects
Responsibilites:
- Polish, finish, and inspect rings to meet MCA's quality standards.
- Perform detailed hand-finishing you polishing equipment and hand tools.
- Learn and perform jewelry casting techniques for various previous metals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with team members to ensure production schedules are met.
Qualifications include:
- , production, and/or repair a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive, precision-oriented tasks with consistency.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
