Duties
- Provide expert barbering and hairstyling services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and specialty styles
- Offer additional beauty treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to diversify service offerings
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business
- Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients and managing walk-ins or appointments
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques
- Knowledge of color theory, straight razor shaving, hair threading, and advanced styling techniques preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and store management practices within a salon environment
