Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute sushi dishes with consistency, precision, and artistry.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while upholding Morimoto's culinary standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely execution.
- Handle and cut fresh fish with expertise, ensuring minimal waste and optimal yield.
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests when appropriate, showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for sushi and Japanese cuisine.
