SkyLot Parking is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all daily operations of our airport parking facilities. The General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with airport and transportation regulations, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability across all locations.
This position serves as the senior on-site leader and is responsible for ensuring smooth operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Revenue Growth & Sales
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth across all parking locations.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets and operating expenses.
- Review payroll and labor costs.
- Monitor daily cash handling procedures and financial controls.
- Analyze profit and loss statements.
- Develop action plans to improve profitability and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Shuttle Operations
- Ensure all shuttle services operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor driver performance and customer pickup times.
- Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and airport regulations.
- Maintain vehicle inspection and maintenance schedules.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with airport permits, transportation regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain workplace safety standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents.
- Manage insurance claims and reporting when necessary.
Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Experience managing 20+ employees.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting software.
- Valid driver’s license.
