Job Summary
We are seeking a positive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this important role, you will work directly with the President on a variety of activities. Duties, Experience and Skills
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and overseeing office equipment.
- Support customer service efforts by learning and using the order entry and invoicing sytstems.
- 3-5 years previous office experience with a manufacturer demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Bilingual abilities are desirable to effectively communicate with diverse team members.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with data entry.
- Knowledge of office management procedures, including filing systems and basic bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Pay: $23.50 - $28.30 per hour
