Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Print Production & Project Coordinator to support our Litigation Department and production operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and hands-on involvement in printing, inventory management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to Litigation Department emails and internal requests
· Enter and manage job ticket requests in Vision
· Track and update projects using Project Management tools and Asana
· Communicate directly with clients and internal project management teams
· Maintain supply inventory for Konica equipment
· Order paper, tabs, binders, and manage inventory records in Vision
· Place and coordinate service calls for Konica printing equipment
· Support e-commerce print operations including envelope printing, scanning, and packing
· Collate and organize tabbed documents for production
· Maintain accurate client inventory and records
· Ensure smooth workflow across printing and project coordination tasks
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with Vision or similar systems preferred
· Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools is a plus
· Prior experience in printing, production, or administrative coordination preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
