Product Specialist Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Present vehicle features and benefits and demonstrate during test drives.
- Present and explain various purchase and leasing options.
- Support online customers by responding to inquires and setting appointments.
- Follow-up with existing customers to insure their satisfaction and to generate future referrals and repeat business.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn about our new products.
Applicant Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Basic computer and phone skills are required
- Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you for success.
- Must have valid driver's license and submit to criminal background and check.
