Pay: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- $45/day + hotel provided for qualified candidates living 1.5+ hours from the jobsite
- Per diem available 5 days/week
Position Summary
We are currently hiring experienced Wastewater Plant Process Pipe & Equipment Foremen for long-term work on a major wastewater treatment facility project. This position is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and extensive experience with above ground process piping systems, especially flanged Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) installation.
The Pipe Foreman will lead pipe crews in the safe and efficient installation of mechanical and process piping systems while maintaining quality standards, productivity goals, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pipe crews on industrial/wastewater construction projects
- Install and oversee above ground flanged Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) systems
- Coordinate pipe alignment, gasket installation, flange makeup, bolt torque procedures, and pipe supports
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, spool sheets, and specifications
- Coordinate installation of valves, fittings, restraints, hangers, and mechanical systems
- Verify elevations, slopes, routing, and tie-ins according to project plans
- Perform hydrostatic testing and quality control inspections
- Coordinate rigging operations and crane picks for large diameter pipe
- Conduct daily safety meetings, JHAs, and inspections
- Maintain production reports and communicate with project management teams
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of pipe installation experience with leadership responsibility
- Extensive experience with above ground piping systems and flanged DIP installation required
- Experience in wastewater, process piping, industrial utility piping, or mechanical piping systems preferred
- Previous experience supervising self-perform pipe crews required
- Strong blueprint and specification reading skills
- Knowledge of rigging, valve installation, pipe supports, and hydrostatic testing
- OSHA 10 required
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Rigging/signaling, confined space, and trench safety certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

- Ability to lift, climb, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
