KeyLake Capital Group is expanding its NYC sales floor and seeking driven professionals to join our business funding brokerage. This is a full-time, in-office sales role designed for individuals who prefer performance-based compensation and unlimited income potential over fixed salary structures.
Our team helps small and mid-sized businesses secure Merchant Cash Advances, Term Loans, and Business Lines of Credit.
Role Overview
- Engage directly with business owners regarding funding solutions
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Qualify merchants and collect required documentation
- Structure, submit, and manage funding applications
- Maintain consistent follow-up to close and fund deals
- Document activity within CRM
This is a high-volume outbound sales environment requiring confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day
- Background in phone sales, B2B sales, financial sales, or commission-based roles preferred
- Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
- Seeking long-term earning growth in alternative business lending

Compensation
- Performance-based compensation structure (no base salary)
- Uncapped commission model
- Average annual earnings range from $80,000 – $200,000+ based on performance
- Weekly performance incentives available
Top performers regularly exceed six figures. Individuals who apply consistent effort and follow the training process typically close their first deal within the first few weeks.
