We're growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our commercial construction team.
We deliver a diverse portfolio of fast-paced commercial projects across New Jersey, including office interiors, healthcare, medical, retail, tenant improvements and commercial renovations, with project values typically ranging from $500K to $2M.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement and project documentation
- Work closely with Superintendents, Estimators, Assistant Project Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Visit project sites regularly while remaining primarily office-based in Morristown
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget
- Build strong, long-term relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Background in commercial interiors, healthcare, medical offices, retail, tenant improvements or commercial renovations
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts and cost control
- Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
