Overview
We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of a 181 unit residential apartment community. Your expertise will help create a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a variety of maintenance tasks, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and property value.
Qualifications:
Experience in painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Must have own transportation and tools.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
