Pay Rate: $25/hr to $30/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week day-shift contract opportunity in Cody, Wyoming. This role supports an inpatient hospice house with 8 private rooms and provides compassionate hands-on care for hospice patients in a peaceful, patient-centered setting.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and daily living support for hospice patients
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe use of ceiling lifts or Hoyer lift
Monitor patient comfort, safety, and basic care needs during assigned shifts
Document care accurately using Meditech Home Care documentation system
Support patients, families, and the care team with compassionate end-of-life care
Requirements
Active Wyoming CNA License Required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
Hospice, inpatient care, or acute care CNA experience preferred
Must be available for 12-hour day shifts, holiday coverage, and meet the 100-mile radius rule
