Audio Operators:
Experience setting up, mixing, and striking live events of various sizes as an A1/ Audio Engineer. Working knowledge of Dante, Qsys, audio networking & troubleshooting as related to audio equipment. Integration of client or rental gear into house system a plus.
Lighting Operators:
Experience working with Incandescent and LED lighting fixtures alongside ETC Gio @5 consoles. Understanding of networking as pertains to lighting equipment, integrating client or rental gear into the house system, and experience with hanging, circuiting, patching, programming & troubleshooting in a live event environment.
Deck Managers:
Experience managing small to medium sized crews for a variety of events in live entertainment as well as interfacing directly with clients through positive and negative experiences. Ability to communicate well with multiple positions, people & personalities, and make decisions independently within parameters of the venue's operating rules. Understand when a client's requests are outside the duties of the Deck Manager and call a Supervisor to assist. Communicating directly with Front of House as needed when client does not have their own stage manager.
