Role Summary:
The Facilities and Equipment Manager is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all company facilities, equipment, electrical systems, and pumps. This role ensures equipment is reliable, facilities and equipment are operational, preventative maintenance is completed, and all work meets company safety standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- MUST have working knowledge and experience with 3 phase as well as low voltage. Working knowledge and experience with various types of pumps and their operations. Competent with problem solving and troubleshooting a variety of issues on various system types. If you do not have these skills please do not apply.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of company facilities, equipment, electrical systems, and pumps.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a preventative maintenance (PM) program.
- Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are operational and ready for daily business and special events.
- Maintain records of warranties, inspections, service agreements, licenses, and maintenance history.
- Manage maintenance inventory, tools, equipment, and parts.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
- Respond to equipment failures and serve as the on-call contact for maintenance emergencies during business hours.
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to maintain safe, efficient operations.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the property.
- This role will also be expected to assist in occasional customer service and general customer facing park operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $75,000 paid on a weekly basis.
- Entitled to full benefits coverage for Aetna Health, Guardian dental, vision and life insurance after 60 days ($8,096.28 in additional compensation value). AFLAC Supplemental insurance policies are available at a cost to you if you opt for those plans. Employee discount, PTO (80 hours per calendar year).
