Job Summary
360 Home & Commercial Services is seeking a skilled Painter & Renovation Technician to join our growing team. This position involves residential and commercial painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and general renovation work including kitchens, bathrooms, interior upgrades, and exterior improvements.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in multiple trades. We are looking for team members who take pride in their craftsmanship, maintain professional job sites, and deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, repairing drywall, caulking, cleaning, and priming.
- Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Perform drywall installation, repairs, texture matching, and ceiling repairs.
- Install and repair flooring, including vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and other flooring systems.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, flooring materials, tiles, and hardware with accuracy and care
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.
- Complete minor carpentry, trim installation, and finish work.
- Protect customer property and maintain clean job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely.
- Communicate project progress with supervisors and customers.
- Follow project schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience in painting, remodeling, construction, or related trades.
- Experience with drywall repair, texture matching, and surface preparation.
- Experience with flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms installation and renovation work preferred.
- Ability to use painting and construction tools safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
