Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing and coding, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.
Responsibilities
- Be able to post and reconciliate claims for all types of insurances and Palmetto Medicare
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Utilize medical collection systems to track and collect payments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant billing regulations
- Handle patient inquiries regarding billing issues
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
- Strong understanding of medical records management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
