Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians or nursing staff.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
- Manage patient records and documentation accurately.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Draw blood and process in our onsite Lab.
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to clinical practice.
- Experience with phlebotomy and patient injections preferred.
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques.
- Ability to perform medical administrative support tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small healthcare team.
