Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a background in medical terminology or medical office experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments according to current scheduling templates
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking customer interactions, and managing records effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each caller.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred; prior medical office experience is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with call center software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
