Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant
Lake Hill Apartments – Charlotte, NC
Lake Hill Apartments is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant to join our team in Charlotte's desirable Oakhurst neighborhood. This position combines leasing, resident relations, and property management responsibilities and plays a key role in maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Present and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Respond to telephone, email, online, and in-person inquiries
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
- Process rental applications and verify applicant information
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and guests
- Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community features
- Assist with property operations, inspections, and vendor coordination
- Help ensure the community is maintained to company standards
- Utilize AppFolio property management software and other office systems
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in apartment leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales-oriented with the ability to build rapport and close leases
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
