Position requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, as well as a Professional Engineer Registration. The candidate’s experience should be primarily focused on the design and analysis of building structures coupled with forensic analysis.
The duties for this position include:
Preparation foundation and framing designs with accurate, detailed, and thorough design calculations for new commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects, as well as the renovation of existing facilities.
Site visits and attendance at design/construction conferences.
Must have expertise in AutoCad, Revit, RISA-3D, and/or RAM Structural System and RAM Concept.
Performing forensic analysis of existing structures, as well as construction administration services and Special Inspections.
Will provide guidance to E.I.T.’s and AutoCad/Revit technicians.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
