No insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and guidance throughout the licensing process to help you become a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent.
In this role, you will educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial protection solutions while developing valuable professional skills in communication, relationship building, and client service.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person to understand their financial protection needs.
- Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection solutions.
- Recommend coverage based on each client's individual goals and circumstances.
- Guide clients through the application process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing and industry regulations.

No previous insurance or financial services experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally.
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with performance-based compensation. Income is commission-based and varies based on individual performance. Additional bonuses and advancement opportunities are available for agents who meet performance goals.
Licensing Requirements
Candidates selected for this opportunity must obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License before working with clients.
Applicants are responsible for licensing, background check, fingerprinting, and any required registration fees associated with becoming a licensed insurance agent. Training and guidance are provided throughout the licensing process.
