We are looking for Bartenders to join the Team, to help us provide amazing food, Prohibition style cocktails, and exemplary service to our Guests who are treated like family.
Bartender Position Summary
Speaks is looking for enthusiastic, amiable, extraordinary, engaging, Guest driven Bartenders to provide an excellent drinking and dining experience to our Guests. The Bartender works “Hands On” alongside Management and all Staff. The ideal candidate will need to know “Classic” cocktails. Our Bartenders must develop full knowledge of our menu, and follow our Steps of Service expectations.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Experienced high volume bartenders
· Minimum of 2 years previous experience
· Possess strong knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer
· Ability to assess Guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Above average ability to interact and engage with Guests
· Professional, amiable, friendly, and outgoing type personalities
· Guest focused, and Guest driven
· Strong multi-tasking skills; bar, food, service bar, and Take Out
· Ability to serve food and beverage in the lounge
· Available for Training prior to going behind the bar
· Preparation of fruit, juices, all mix ingredients
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Check Guests’ identification and confirms it meets legal drinking age
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
· Follow and complete Daily and Weekly cleaning schedules
