We are looking for a dependable, hands-on problem solver to help improve and maintain our manufactured-home community.
This is not just a routine maintenance position. You will help renovate homes, coordinate contractors, oversee landscaping and other vendors, complete property repairs, and identify opportunities to make the community safer, more attractive, and better for its residents.

Responsibilities
- Renovate and prepare homes for sale or occupancy, including painting, flooring, walls, trim, doors, fixtures, skirting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing.
- Inspect vacant homes, develop repair lists, and help coordinate renovation projects from start to finish.
- Schedule and oversee third-party contractors, including landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, tree work, and snow removal.
- Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, timelines, and job-site cleanliness.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the approved scope and quality standards.
- Complete resident work orders and general repairs professionally and promptly.
- Regularly inspect streets, vacant sites, common areas, lighting, landscaping, signage, and community facilities.
- Maintain strong curb appeal by addressing debris, overgrown landscaping, damaged property, and other visible issues.
- Identify and report water leaks, sewer problems, safety hazards, and other property concerns before they become larger problems.
- Document project progress with photographs, notes, and clear updates to management.
- Maintain tools, materials, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Ad-hoc requests by management
Qualifications
- Experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, construction, property maintenance, landscaping, or another hands-on field is preferred.
- General knowledge of carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall, plumbing, and household repairs.
- Manufactured-home experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to determine which repairs can be handled internally and which require a specialized contractor.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Professional and respectful communication with residents, contractors, and coworkers.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
- Ability to safely lift approximately 50 pounds and work indoors or outdoors in varying weather.
