CONNECTING PEOPLE TO EACH OTHER

Build, recruit, develop, and shepherd healthy volunteer production teams by fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, servant leadership, and spiritual growth, creating meaningful opportunities for people to serve and connect in ministry.

Partner with the Production Director, Creative Arts team, ministry leaders, and campus staff to plan and execute production support for weekend services, special events, and ministry initiatives that strengthen engagement across the church.

- Champion continuous improvement by maintaining and advancing production systems, workflows, and standards while pursuing professional development and helping volunteers and staff grow in their technical skills, leadership, and ministry effectiveness.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in live production systems, including audio, lighting, video, networking, and stage production.

Are a strong communicator who builds positive relationships with staff, volunteers, ministry leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Are adaptable, dependable, and willing to serve during evenings, weekends, special events, and other ministry opportunities as needed.

Are comfortable working with production equipment and technology, including audio, lighting, video, rigging, ladders, and related technical systems.

Can safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of production and ministry environments.

4-6 years of experience in church production, live event production, or a comparable technical production environment preferred.

Experience leading teams and developing volunteers required.

Formal education in production, media, theater, or a related field is beneficial but no required.
