Hiring experienced Welders. Seeking experienced fabrication welders for our aluminum and steel fabrication shop. Job located in Accident Maryland
This is a weekend shift: Fri, Sat and Sundays 6am - 6:30pm paid for 40 hours
The Welder I performs entry-level MIG and TIG welding tasks under direct supervision. This role is designed for individuals with less than three years of welding experience and focuses on developing technical skills, understanding basic quality and safety standards, and supporting production operations.
Assist with setups, including aluminum cleaning, material preparation and fixturing
Follow documented work instructions, safety protocols and compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, OSHA)

Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years experience MIG/TIG Welding
- HS Diploma or GED
- US Citizen
- Basic measurements
- Strong Math
- Read accurately to follow written work orders
